What you should see

The Recent Transactions page contains several operational monitoring components.

ComponentDescription
Transaction TableDisplays transaction records processed by the system containing information such as Identifier, Process, Stage Slug, Current Stage/Pass, Is Complete, Date
Search BarSearches transaction entries dynamically based on the unique reference number
Filter ButtonOpens transaction filtering with options such as Process, Date and Completion Status
Pagination ControlsNavigates large sets of records with control to choose number of entries.

Understanding the transaction table

The transaction table displays operational information related to transaction processing workflows.

ColumnDescriptionPurposeExample Usage
IdentifierUnique identifier assigned to each transaction executed in the system, also known as refIdUsed for tracking, searching, and troubleshooting transactionsSupport users may search by Process ID to investigate customer transaction issues
ProcessUnique identifier assigned to a transaction workflow or processUsed for tracking, searching, and troubleshooting transactionsSupport users may search by Process ID to investigate customer transaction issues
Stage SlugRepresents the current workflow stage or processing stepHelps identify where the transaction exists in the processing pipelineWorkflow tracking and API monitoring
Current Stage / PassDisplays the active execution stage or current processing passProvides visibility into transaction progressionMonitoring multi-stage processing flows
Is CompleteIndicates whether the transaction completed successfullyCritical for operational monitoring and failure identificationtrue = completed successfully, false = incomplete or failed
DateShows the transaction executed dateUsed for auditing, reporting, and filteringFiltering records by date range

View recent transactions (step-by-step)

  1. Open the Transactions page from the left sidebar.
  2. Wait for the transaction table to load.
  3. Review the displayed records.
  4. Observe:
    • Process IDs
    • Workflow stages
    • Completion status
    • Processing dates

Expected result

  • The latest transaction records appear in tabular format.
  • Each row represents a processed transaction workflow.

Recommended practice

  • Review recent transactions regularly to identify operational issues early.

Search transactions (step-by-step)

  1. Locate the search field above the transaction table.
  2. Click inside the search field.
  3. Enter a keyword such as:
    • Process ID
    • Stage slug
    • Reference identifier
  4. Wait for the table to refresh dynamically.

Expected result

  • Matching transaction records are displayed immediately.
  • Non-matching records are hidden from the table view.

Recommended practice

  • Use exact Process IDs whenever possible for accurate search results.

Filter transactions (step-by-step)

  1. Locate the Filter button above the transaction table.
  2. Click Filter.
  3. Apply one or more filter conditions such as:
    • Start Date
    • End Date
    • Process-related conditions
  4. Confirm or apply the selected filters.
  5. Wait for the transaction table to refresh.

Expected result

  • The system displays only records matching the selected filter criteria.

Recommended practice

  • Use smaller date ranges to improve search performance and reduce unnecessary records.

Monitor transaction completion status

The Is Complete column indicates whether a transaction completed successfully.

Completion states

ValueMeaning
trueTransaction completed successfully
falseTransaction is incomplete, failed, or still processing

Identify failed or incomplete transactions (step-by-step)

  1. Locate the Is Complete column.
  2. Review transactions marked as false.
  3. Record the associated Process ID.
  4. Investigate related transaction logs if required.

Expected result

  • Incomplete or failed transactions become identifiable immediately from the table.

Recommended practice

  • Failed transactions should always be investigated as soon as possible.

Investigate transaction failures (step-by-step)

  1. Locate a transaction marked as incomplete or failed.
  2. Copy or record the associated Process ID.
  3. Navigate to:
    • Sidebar → Transaction Logs
  4. Review related execution details such as:
    • API execution logs
    • Validation responses
    • Workflow processing failures
    • Processing errors

Expected result

  • Detailed execution and troubleshooting information becomes available.

Recommended practice

  • Always correlate failed transactions with transaction logs during troubleshooting.
