The Dashboard serves as the central landing page of the system, providing users with a quick overview of operational activities, pending items, statistics, and shortcuts to useful functions.
Welcome Banner
The dashboard displays a personalized welcome message for the logged-in user along with the current date.

This section provides a quick identification of the active session.
Private Notepad
The Private Notepad allows users to maintain personal notes and reminders within the dashboard.
Features:
- Add personal notes
- Store temporary reminders
- Maintain quick references
The notes are visible only to the logged-in user.
Quick Links
The Quick Links section provides shortcut buttons for useful operation which can be used frequently.
Available shortcuts include:
New JV Posting: to post journals to the accounts.Create Account: to create new account in the system. An account is a structured record or container used to store, organize, track, and manage information, activities, or transactions related to a specific entity, process, resource, or subject within a system.
This enables users to quickly navigate to important modules without browsing through menus.
Due Contracts
The Due Contracts section displays a summary of contracts based on due dates.
The information is categorized into:
- Today
- Due Last 7 Days
- Due More than 7 Days
This helps users monitor pending and overdue contract activities.
Pending Tasks
The Pending Tasks section displays task statuses categorized by aging period. Tasks are the actions to be performed by the user/admin required to execute the process configured. Task involve providing information via user input or review and approve the information keyed in by the maker-user.
Categories include:
- Today
- Due Last 7 Days
- Due More than 7 Days
This section assists users in tracking operational workloads and pending activities.
Consolidated View
The Consolidated View dashboard provides statistical and graphical representations of transaction activities and system usage such as api and tarrif usage, jobs and tasks performed within a selected date range.
Date Range Filter
Users can select predefined set of date range or select a custom date range to analyze dashboard statistics and trends.

The dashboard updates dynamically based on the selected period.
