Understanding Process Page

Access to the Process page:

  1. Log into the Sumo Ledger Platform using your administrative credentials.
  2. Upon successful authentication, you will be presented with the main interface displaying pending activities and insights.
  3. Locate the main navigation panel on the left side of the screen.
  4. Click on the Configurations menu item. This action redirects to the system configuration page, revealing a administrative sub-menus.
  5. Click on Process sub-menu to open the process management page.

Process List Management

The Process landing page lists all process configured within the system.

  • Searching for a Specific Process:

    1. Locate the Search Bar positioned at the top of the process table view.
    2. Type the partial or full name of the process you intend to review or modify.
    3. The table filters records dynamically in real-time.
  • Configuring Pagination (Records Per Page):

    1. Locate the records per page dropdown indicator at the bottom of the data table.
    2. Select your desired density view (e.g., 10, 20, 50, or 100 records per page). The interface will instantly restructure data density based on your operational selection.
  • Page-by-Page Navigation:

    1. If a search query or total system processes yield multiple pages of data, locate the pagination block.
    2. Click Next to advance to the subsequent page of processes, or click Previous to return to earlier listings.
  • Refreshing the Process List:

    1. If multiple administrators are configuring processes concurrently, or if an import action was performed, click the Refresh icon button on the top-right corner of the table.
    2. The system pulls the latest server-side database state and re-renders the process checklist without requiring a hard browser reload.

Advanced Grid View & Table UI Customization

For custom user interface, the system allows user to customize the table layout and structure.

  • Modifying Display Font Sizes:

    1. Click on the table View setting button on the top right corner of the data table.
    2. Navigate to the Display section. Adjust the text rendering option (e.g. Compact, Default, Large) to fit the font-size according to your monitor workspace.
  • Changing Table Border Styles:

    1. Click on the table View setting button on the top right corner of the data table.
    2. Navigate to the Row Style section. Choose between available options (e.g. Borderd, Row-line, Stripes) according to your preference,
  • Controlling Column Visibility (Hiding/Showing Columns):

    1. Click on the table View setting button on the top right corner of the data table.
    2. To hide a column that is cluttering the layout, uncheck its corresponding box. For instance, if you do not need to look at Process ID, uncheck Process ID. The system immediately drops the column from the active UI grid.
    3. To restore visibility, open the panel and check Process ID again. The column will snap back into its designated sequence.
