Audience and roles
| Audience | Responsibilities |

| Operations / back-office | Run transaction processors, review recent activity, resolve tasks, inspect accounts and subaccounts. |
| Finance / reporting | Run Trial Balance, P/L, Balance Sheet; export spreadsheets, review postings and journals. |
| Engineering / support | Inspect logs, collector output, transaction traces, verify configuration, write reports, design forms. |
| Administrators | Manage Configurations (products, COA mapping, rules, processes, users, roles), load configuration into memory when required. |
Conventions in this document
